  • Developer Tools — APIs, SDKs, and infrastructure for AI-native applications

We may add new products, update features, or discontinue services at any time. For significant changes to paid services, we will notify affected users in advance.

  • MetaHub does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI-generated outputs for any particular purpose.
  • AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected. You should review all generated content before use.
  • You must not use our services to generate content that violates applicable laws or these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to our services — including software, technology, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are and remain the exclusive property of MetaHub and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

8. User Content & License

You retain ownership of any content you create using our services. By using our services, you grant MetaHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely to provide and maintain our services. We will not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

9. Fees & Payment

Certain features of our services may require payment. Applicable fees will be clearly displayed before purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with prior notice to existing subscribers.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any generated content is accurate or suitable for your specific purposes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
